One person has died and another was injured in an accident at an industrial facility in Regina this morning. The Regina Police Service says officers were called just before 9 this morning to the 400 block of MacDonald Street. The Police Service and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service have begun a sudden death investigation. Officers will investigate as much information as possible to establish the circumstances of the death and will assist Occupational Health and Safety, because the incident may be considered a workplace fatality.
