Warman Fire & Rescue is warning up thin ice on ponds on social media, saying a 13-year-old fell through chest deep and went to a house close by, cold but not injured. Runoff is causing thin and weak spots. Their advice is to talk to your children about staying off the ice, saying a smaller child could have had much worse results.
