Just before 1 Tuesday morning, Saskatoon Police located a vehicle that had been reported stolen last Saturday and attempted a traffic stop, but the driver continued on northbound on Idylwyld Drive towards Highway 16.
The Saskatoon Police plane was able to track the vehicle to Bordon where officers watched a pair of suspects get out of the vehicle and take off. They were arrested shortly after. Police report the driver had an air pistol, knife, fentanyl and cocaine. Two men, 27 and 28-years-old, are charged with possession of property over $5,000. The 28-year-old is also charged with dangerous driving, possession of a weapon, firearms violations and possession of cocaine and fentanyl.
