The Saskatchewan Health Authority announced Tuesday in a news release that it has begun operating the primary health care clinic in Kindersley. Back on January 1, the SHA entered into a one-year lease agreement with the Kindersley Regional Medical Arts Authority to lease a portion of the Kindersley Regional Medical Arts Building. All seven staff employed with the clinic are transitioning to employment with the SHA.

Sharon Forsyth, Director, Primary Health Care, Saskatchewan Health Authority said, “Not only does it help improve access to integrated primary health care services in the community, but this innovative solution will also improve efforts to recruit and retain health-care staff now and into the future.”
