The cold that’s gripped the province in early spring will lift this week.
Environment Canada Meteorologist Terri Lang says, “That ridge of high pressure that was kind of anchored over Saskatchewan is finally moving off and that’s allowing some milder air to finally start to move in. But the side effect of the milder air moving in and the ridge moving out is that it is also allowing weather systems to pass through.”
For the balance of the week there are double digit highs in the forecast for much of Saskatchewan.
