The Saskatoon Hilltops Spring Camp is underway, continuing today and running through tomorrow at the Hilltops Clubhouse practice facility on Kilburn Avenue. There are two practice sessions today – 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.- with two more tomorrow, wrapping up with the annual Blue and Gold scrimmage at 1:30 p.m. Main camp starts the last weekend of July with the 2024 regular-season beginning on Sunday, August 11th when the Toppers host the Edmonton Huskies at 1 p.m. at Saskatoon Minor Football Field.

The U of Saskatchewan Huskies football team is continuing their spring camp today at Griffiths Stadium. Upwards of 100 football athletes…veterans, recruits and prospects…are taking part. Today’s on-field session runs from 1 to 4:30 p.m. The camp winds up tomorrow with the Green and White scrimmage game at 11 a.m. The Dogs will return in mid-August for main camp with their regular-season opening on Saturday, August 31st in Winnipeg against the Manitoba Bisons. The Huskies first home game is Friday, September 13th against the Calgary Dinos at 7 o’clock at Griffiths Stadium.
