Saskatchewan cabinet minister Joe Hargrave is joining 21 other Sask. Party colleagues and says he’s not seeking re-election.
He says in a statement issued by the Saskatchewan Party via X, formerly Twitter, that he and his family have given the matter a lot of consideration and he just can’t commit to another four years as MLA.
Hargrave has represented the Prince-Albert-Carleton constituency since 2016 and is currently the minister for SaskBuilds.
The Saskatchewan Party has 48 candidates nominated for the fall provincial election of which, the party says, 28 are incumbents.
