There was a fatal rollover in the Vanguard areas, about 75 kilometres southwest of Swift Current early Monday evening.

Ponteix RCMP report the rollover occurred around 7:45pm on a grid road about ten kilometres north of Vanguard. The victim and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 65-year-old man from Vanguard, was declared dead at the scene.

The investigation continues with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
