The City of Saskatoon has announced that Celene Anger will become the City’s new General Manager of Community Services on July 15th, replacing current G.M., Lynne Lacroix, who announced her retirement earlier this year. A news release from the City says Anger has worked in various roles of increasing responsibility and leadership since 2013. She has been Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer since 2020.
