A huge thanks to Pooyan Arab of Folkfest’s Iranian Pavilion, who stopped by the Bull Studio with some treats!

Pooyan gave us a nice window into what we can expect with their pavilion this year! (Halim Bademjan (lamb & eggplant dish), saffron rice pudding, and an Iranian pistachio baklava. These foods are very consistent with Mediterranean cuisine. DELICIOUS.
