A 33-year-old man faces multiple charges following a domestic disturbance Wednesday evening in Saskatoon’s Massey Place neighbourhood.
A Saskatoon Police Service news release says officers responded to a call in the 10 block of Borden Place at around 8:30 p.m. on August 14 for a report of a domestic disturbance in progress. A 32-year-old female victim gave officers access to the residence, at which time they arrested the male suspect because of injuries to the woman that were consistent with assault. She was transported to hospital by paramedics with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. The male suspect faces charges of assault causing bodily harm, resisting police and failure to comply with court ordered conditions.
