Last Friday, Warman RCMP received a report of a missing man who had last been seen around 3:45 that morning on Elizabeth Street East in that city. Police are hoping to enlist the public’s help to find 29-year-old Spencer Ulrich. He is described as approximately 5’11” tall and 190 lbs, with green eyes and brown hair. Spencer has a scar on his right ankle and he may be driving a silver motorized scooter, license plate is 288QV. He is known to travel to Didsbury, Alberta, Calgary and Lloydminster.
