Just before 8 Wednesday morning, Saskatoon responded to the 100 block of Avenue W South after it was reported a man was pointing a gun at someone. A man matching the suspect’s description was found at a business on the corner of 22nd Street West and Avenue W South.
Police say in a news release that he was search and an imitation sawed-off shotgun and false identity documents were seized. The 25-year-old-Saskatoon man is charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace, unauthorized carry of a concealed weapon and possession of false identity documents.
