One person came away with non-life-threatening injuries following a collision between a pick-up truck and a train off Highway #14, west of Biggar.

Saskatchewan RCMP say just before noon today, a pick-up truck was approaching a level rail crossing when its front end was struck by a train, pushing the truck into the ditch. The driver, and only occupant of the truck, was taken to the hospital.

Emergency services are now cleared from the scene and the investigation continues.
