Saskatoon Police say a man from Southend, Saskatchewan has been arrested and warrant has been requested in regard to another suspect.

Around 11:20 p.m. on Sunday police responded to a report of an injured person in the 100 block of Cardinal Crescent. They located a male sitting in the lobby of the building suffering from stabbing injuries. He was taken to hospital with what are believed to be serious injuries.

The 17-year-old male is facing charges relating to assault, possession of a weapon, and breaching court ordered conditions. The 18-year-old male faces charges relating to aggravated assault, possession of a weapon, and breaching court ordered conditions.
