The civic election may not be until November 13th but Elections Saskatoon is urging eligible voters to start getting ready now.

For the first time since 1988 Saskatoon will use a Voters List for the civic election.  It is a list of eligible registered voters.  It is suggested residents register for the voters list now

This link will let you know if you are on the list and if the information is correct. You can also email, call the Elections Saskatoon office or stop by the office in person at 200-145 1st Avenue North.

And whether you have children going to school or not you need to indicate or update the school division you support because that ensures you get the correct ballot when you go to vote.

You can apply now online for mail in ballots.  The Official Candidate Nomination period starts Monday, September 23 and remains open until Wednesday, October 9.
