The Saskatoon Police Service Crime Reduction team executed two search warrants last night around 9:00 p.m. leading to an arrest and multiple seizures including drugs and weapons. The search warrants were for a home on Assiniboine Drive and a vehicle.

Among items seized are a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, three cell phones, Counterfeit Canadian currency in $100.00 denomination, counterfeit identification, $6,390 in cash, 1,117 grams powdered cocaine (full kilo repressed), 168 grams crack cocaine, machete, packaging material, two digital scales, cutting agent and other items consistent with drug trafficking.

A 30-year-old man is in Saskatoon Provincial Court Thursday facing charges for drugs, weapon and counterfeit item offences.
