The Saskatoon Police Serious Assault Unit is investigating a stabbing from Tuesday.

Shortly after 5:30 p.m. officers responded to a report of a man armed with knives, and an injured person, in the 400 block of Avenue P South.

When officers arrived, they found three victims suffering from what are described as serious injuries.

Police say, from their investigation, that two males and two females carried out the assault on the victims and fled the scene prior to police arrival.  They also believe the victims knew their assailants.
