The Saskatoon Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 6:38 a.m. this morning (weds) in the 300 block of Avenue J North.

When firefighters arrived, they could see flames coming from a dumpster and a shed in the backyard of a home.

The fire is extinguished, and no one was hurt.

The Saskatoon Fire Department was called out Wednesday morning at 5:34 a.m. to a house fire in the 1000 block of 3rd Street East. Flames were visible when firefighters arrived. Everyone safely evacuated.

In both instances the Fire Investigator is determining the origin, cause and damage estimate.
