The Saskatoon Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 900 block of Avenue J South just before 1 this afternoon (Wed). A news release from the Fire Department says firefighters noticed flame and smoke coming from the back of the home when they arrived. Everyone inside the home safely evacuated. There were no injuries reported. A fire investigator will now conduct an examination to identify the cause and origin of the fire and the damage estimate.
