On Thursday, 50,658 people took advantage of voting ahead of the final voting day on Monday, with a total over three days at 170,485. Four years ago, the total after three days of what were then called advance polls was 119,096. If you go back to the 2011 election, in the first three days of advance polls, there were 29,766 votes, which is less than the first day of voting in either this election or the 2020 election. This past Tuesday, 60,967 people voted and on the first day of voting, while in 2020 during the pandemic, there were 41,458.
