RCMP say an unoccupied police cruiser was shot at in Pelican Narrows.

On Sunday around 8:45 p.m., officers in Pelican Narrows identified damage to the vehicle that was parked in the RCMP detachment’s parking lot on Bear Street in the community.

Their investigation determined that a window broken that day was the result of a single gunshot.

The matter is under investigation but anyone with information is asked to contact RCMP, their nearest police service or Crime Stoppers.
