A 23-year-old Saskatoon man is in custody following a stabbing that occurred over the weekend.
The Saskatoon Police Service says around 7:45 p.m. officers responded to an injured person report in the 38-hundred block of Centennial Drive. When they got there, police located two people with serious injuries who were transported to hospital.
The Serious Assault Unit investigators determined that up to five people were involved in a fight in front of the home. The suspect fled the scene before being arrested a few hours later. The 23-year-old is facing two counts each of aggravated assault and assault as well as carrying a weapon dangerous to the public peace.
