Four people have been arrested following a police chase with a vehicle reported as stolen from Prince Albert.
Last Friday, RCMP were told to be on the out for the vehicle. Smeaton RCMP received a report of a vehicle matching its description later that day.
The vehicle evaded Smeaton RCMP, followed by Carrot River RCMP, and also drove over a tire deflation device set up by Cumberland House RCMP.
The vehicle continued slowly with severely damaged tires before ramming into a police vehicle and coming to a stop. All four people inside the vehicle were arrested, and a large amount of ammunition was seized from inside, as well.
Those arrested include 28-year-old Jamyn Crawford from Prince Albert, 25-year-old Bryce Bird from Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation, and 27-year-old Kayla Cook from Prince Albert.
A fourth person, 31-year-old Samantha Bird, was also arrested, but was released after misrepresenting herself to police. She is facing six charges, and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.
If you see her, contact Cumberland House RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
