Two youth males and an adult male are back in lawful custody after escaping from a correctional facility in Prince Albert Monday evening.
A Prince Albert Police Service news release said officers were called to the correctional facility at around 8 p.m. on November 25 for a report of three youth who had escaped lawful custody. When police arrived, they were not able to locate the suspects on foot or in any vehicles. It was believed the three had been picked up by a vehicle. However, later that night, while responding to a different call in the 200 block of 15th Street West, officers were able to locate the three youth suspects and arrest them without incident. Two youths, aged 16 and 17, and a 19-year-old man have been charged with escaping lawful custody.
