St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation has tallied up the proceeds from its 35th annual Mistletoe Ball, raising over $275,000 for the ‘By Your Side Kidney Care Campaign’. The Foundation also partnered with SaskMade Marketplace on the sale of Mistletoe Baskets which featured 100 per cent local products. They are being delivered this weekend.

Money raised in the Kidney Care Campaign will go to prevention and early detection of disease through five-year pilot point-of-care screening programs. The Foundation is also highlighting patient education and treatment options by building a new Kidney Health and Education Centre. Another initiative is the construction of an Indigenous Healing Centre.
