Looking back on 2024, the Saskatchewan Research Council was able to contribute $887 million to the province’s economy.
SRC’s economic impact was comprised of $785 million in economic impacts, and $102 million in employment impacts, as the company created or maintained over 1682 jobs.
For every dollar the province invested in SRC, the organization’s work contributed at least a 38-times return to the growth of the provincial economy.
SRC is Canada’s second largest research and technology organization, benefitting 1,400 clients from 22 countries around the world, and backing its expertise with 77 years of research and development experience.
