Around 2 p.m. Thursday Saskatoon Police responded to a report of gun shots, a suspicious man on foot and a suspicious vehicle in the 1300 block of Avenue B North.

Officers located a Dodge minivan, which had been reported stolen, outside an apartment building in the 1100 block of Avenue W North.  A man and woman, believed to be the suspects, were located inside the building an arrested.  The Saskatoon Police Service says the male suspect male was in possession of a 9mm pistol at the time of his arrest.

It is not believed there were any injuries during the incident.  Police continue to investigate.
