The Regina Police Service has arrested a 21-year-old man in connection to an investigation into the city’s 5th homicide of the year. On December 3rd, officers responded to a report of a seriously injured woman who was found lying on the ground in the 1400 block of Argyle Street with what appeared to be gunshot wounds. On December 6th, she succumbed to her injuries. Jerek Dorian Tyler Favel of Regina is charged with second degree murder. He made his first appearance in Regina Provincial Court this morning (Tues).
