CJWW’s broadcast begins at 7:45 p.m. and the play-by-play at 8 p.m. The Blades have 29 wins, 18 losses, 7 extra time losses for 65 points…good for 6th place in the Eastern Conference. Red Deer has 21 wins, 28 losses, 6 extra time losses for 48 points…good for 9th place in the East. Saskatoon’s next home game is Tuesday against the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Game time is 7 p.m. at SaskTel Centre.
The Prince Albert Raiders return to action tomorrow when they host the Moose Jaw Warriors. Game time is 7 p.m. at the Art Hauser Centre. P-A has 31 wins, 19 losses, 4 extra time losses for 66 points…good for 5th place in the Eastern Conference. Moose Jaw has 11 wins, 38 losses, 6 extra time losses for 28 points…good for 11th place in the East.

The Scotties Tournament of Hearts, Canadian Women’s Curling Championship, continues today and runs through Sunday at Thunder Bay, Ontario. A total of 18 teams are taking part, split into two pools of nine teams each for preliminary round-robin play. The top three teams from both pools advance to the playoffs. Saskatchewan is represented by the Nancy Martin foursome from the Saskatoon-Nutana curling club. They finished their round robin slate with 5 wins, 3 losses…but won’t be in the top three in Pool A to advance to the playoffs. The final three round-robin draws today go at 8 a.m., 1 and 6 p.m.
The 2025 Canadian Under-18 Girls and Boys Curling Championships continue today at the Nutana Curling Club and run through Sunday. There are 42 teams taking part – 21 in each gender division, split into three pools of seven teams each for round-robin preliminary play before 12 teams, four from each pool, advance to single knock-out playoffs. There are four teams from Saskatchewan taking part. Two girls teams are skipped by Kaylee Hogeboom of Moose Jaw and Renee Wood of Saskatoon-Sutherland. The two boys teams are skipped by Brandon Weiss of Esterhazy and Dayne Heisler of Moose Jaw. Draws go at 8:30 a.m., 12:30, 4:30 and 8:30 p.m.

The broadcast on 92-9, THE BULL, starts at 8:45 p.m. with the play-by-play at 9 p.m. Saskatchewan has 8 wins, 2 losses…good for 2nd place. Vancouver has 5 wins, 5 losses…tied for 8th place. Saskatchewan’s next home game is Saturday, March 1st against the Buffalo Bandits. Game time is 7 p.m. at SaskTel Centre.
