Four people have been charged following a drug bust in Saskatoon late Wednesday afternoon.
Officers conducted a traffic stop at 22nd Street and Avenue P and apprehended four people. A fifth person was taken into custody around Junor Avenue and Makaroff Road.
Later that evening, police executive a search warrant at an address in the 1100 block of Hargreaves Way. That’s in the northwest corner of Hampton Village. Police report the seizure of 13 grams of soft cocaine, 4.5 grams of hard cocaine, $2,755 and assorted weapons.
Two men—age 26 and 30—as well as three women, a 42-year-old and a pair of 32-year-olds, face a combined total of 27 drug trafficking and weapons related charged.
