Public assistance is being asked with locating a 20-year-old man by the Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS).

According to a news release, Carlos Star (pictured) is currently wanted on outstanding warrants by PAPS which include two counts of uttering threats, assault by choking, assault, two counts breach of release order and failure to attend court. The Prince Albert Police add that Carlos Star could be in the North Battleford area. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Carlos Star is asked to contact PAPS or Crime Stoppers.
