The Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS) is looking for a suspect and continues to investigate a stabbing incident from just after midnight on Sunday that sent a man to hospital.
A PAPS news release says officers responded to a call at about 12:30 a.m. on March 2 to the 1500 block of 15th Street West for a weapons call, with initial information saying that someone had been stabbed. Police found a male shortly after arriving in the area, suffering from injuries consistent with a stabbing in the 800 block of 18th Street West. Parkland Ambulance treated the male victim and transported him to hospital with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. Anyone with information is asked to contact PAPS or Crime Stoppers.
