Monday just before 3 p.m., Milestone RCMP responded to an accident between a garbage truck and a train.

The accident involved a CPKC rail line near Lang, Saskatchewan. Despite the incredible amount of damage to the garbage truck, the driver reported non-life-threatening injuries to police.

Milestone RCMP say there was no impact on traffic and their members cleared the scene later in the afternoon.
