Two men were arrested in Saskatoon on Wednesday following an investigation into a dial-a-dope drug trafficking operation
Around 12:00 p.m., members of the Guns and Gangs Unit arrested two men at a business in the 1500 block of 8th Street East.
The pair, age 26 and 30, are facing a combined eight charges. After their arrests, a search warrant was executed at a residence in the 300 block of Avenue U South.
There, two women and three men were also arrested on a combined total of 17 unrelated criminal code warrants. During the search of two vehicles, police seized over $1,200 CAD, 42 grams of crack cocaine, 13.5 grams of brown fentanyl, 7.5 grams of soft cocaine, six cell phones and assorted paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking.
