Saskatoon Police say a would-be robber approached a man and woman as they were getting into their truck in the parking lot at RUH.

This was around 9:00 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of Hospital Drive and the victims say she partially entered the truck in an attempt to remove the male driver but was forcefully removed by him. The suspect reportedly made a second attempt to get in the truck, but the driver drove away.

A suspect was later detained by security officers after a brief foot pursuit. A 22-year-old woman was arrested by police and is facing two counts of Assault as well as Mischief and Obstruction.
