The Saskatoon Police Service Hate Crime Unit is investigating an incident that occurred during a University of Saskatchewan meeting on campus. Investigators were told that during the meeting involving online participants, there was a technical breach. An unknown suspect or suspects online displayed inappropriate images and video while voicing hateful rhetoric over the meeting.

In conjunction with U of S Protective Services, the Saskatoon Police Service Hate Crimes Unit is investigating this incident as Wilful Promotion of Hatred.
