The Saskatoon Police Service says Patrol Officers responded to an injured person call shortly after 12:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. They found a 29-year-old man in a parking lot in the 1500 block of 22nd Street West who had been a victim of a stabbing. He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, Saskatoon Police say over the span of almost five hours there were multiple people who were victims of bear spray Tuesday night. The first call came in shortly after 5:00 p.m. when a female reported being bear sprayed while in the 3100 block of Laurier Drive. Around 11:30 p.m. two men were bear sprayed at a restaurant in the 700 block of 22nd Street West. And at 11: 45 p.m. police responded to a report of several people in a home in the 10 block of Leif Erickson Place were suffering the effects of bear spray. In all incidents suspects fled prior to police arrival.
