A 46-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman are facing multiple charges involving alleged methamphetamine trafficking.
Around 1am on Friday morning , members of the Crime Reduction Team—with assistance from the Tactical Support Unit—executive a search warrant at a residence in the 3800 block of Fairlight Drive.
A man fled through a back entrance when officers arrived. He was quickly arrested by a Saskatoon Police Service Canine team and taken to hospital to be treated for a dog bite. He was then transferred to police custody.
Police report seizing 78 grams of meth, $410 in cash, a cross bow, body armour and numerous edged weapons, including a couple of swords. The man was also want on outstanding warrants and found to be in breach of conditions.
