The Medicine Hat Tigers are the W-H-L representatives, along with host the host Rimouski Océanic, O-H-L representatives London Knights, and Q-M-J-H-L representatives Moncton Wildcats. Each team will play three round-robin games with the top ranked team receiving a bye into the championship team.
