Lloydminster RCMP are notifying residents that a large police presence on the city’s east side resulted in three arrests.
On Wednesday, officers were called to the area of 45th avenu folowing an ongoing investigation. Specialized police resources were deployed to protect public and officer safety during the execution of high-risk warrants related to the investigation.
Officers arrested 33-year-old Jesse Dillon of Edmonton, 51-year-old Ryan Peace of Martensville, and 35-year-old Kyle Soosay of Kehewin First Nation.
A fourth and fifth individual were arrested but were either release without charge or charges have yet to be laid.
They are all to appear before the Saskatchewan Provincial Court, with Soosay appearing June 10, Dillon appearing June 19 and Peace appearing August 10.
