Saskatoon Youth Soccer is hosting the Green Drop-Mini Festival of Soccer, continuing today at the Saskatoon Sports Centre. A total of 226 teams, with an estimated 22-hundred-and-60 players – ranging in age from four to eight years old – will play a total of 339 games over the weekend. There will be 86 Under-9 teams, 112 Under-7 teams and 28 Under-5 teams taking part – without standings, game sheets or referees. Every player receives a gold medal.
