Traffic restrictions at Circle Drive and Laurier Drive have been lifted following a fatal crash that occurred this morning. 

The two-vehicle collision occurred at 8:00 a.m. when a black Kia van merged onto Circle Drive and struck a white Buick SUV, which then struck a pole. A 73-year-old woman was declared dead on scene. A female driver in the van and a passenger in the SUV were not seriously injured.
