A woman is facing charges following an assault Thursday night.
At 10:30 p.m., police responded to an assault in progress at a home in the 200 block of Avenue L South.
A they arrived, officers found a 45-year-old woman suffering from several stab wounds. She was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The 32-year-old female suspect was also found at the scene. She is charged with Aggravated Assault.
