The Saskatchewan Health Authority is notifying the public of a measles exposure risk in both Saskatoon and Rosthern.
Those who were at the emergency department of the Rosthern Hospital on Saturday, July 26 from 8:50 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, as well as those at the Royal University Hospital on Sunday, July 27th between 12:50 and 5:10 a.m. are asked to monitor for measles symptoms for up to 21 days after exposure.
Symptoms to look for include fever, cough, runny nose, red eyes, small, white spots inside the mouth and throat, and a red blotchy rash.
