If your route Friday includes 20th Street keep in mind it will be closed between Avenues H and E.  The closure began at 6:00 a.m. for the White Buffalo Youth Lodge Carnival. Detours will be in place. This closure is expected to be lifted after 7:00 p.m.

In conjunction with the carnival this is the day that White Buffalo Youth Lodge does their backpack giveaway helping kids get ready for the upcoming school year with backpacks full of supplies.
