You may remember the hit and run this summer where a suspect left the scene on foot carrying a dog?
In an update police say they arrested and charged someone.
On July 13 around 10:30 p.m. police were called to the intersection of Attridge Drive and Berini Drive where a car had reportedly struck a motorcycle and then tried to leave the scene. But it hit a light pole and a traffic sign then got stuck on a round-about. That’s when the driver fled on foot. As a result of the investigation a 28-year-old man has been charged with hit and run causing bodily harm.
The 27-year-old motorcycle operator was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
