Prince Albert RCMP are searching for 27-year-old Toby Daniels from Sturgeon Lake First Nation who is wanted for using an imitation firearm in an offence and robbery with a weapon.
The warrant for his arrest was issued after Prince Albert RCMP were notified on Tuesday that a woman was approached by a group of people around 3:40 p.m. outside a residence on Sturgeon Lake First Nation. They say a man pointed a gun at the woman and demanded the keys to her truck and then the group took off in her stolen vehicle.
A couple hours later RCMP located a woman on a grid road on Wahpeton First Nation and she was arrested. Shortly after on the same First Nation officers located and arrested two men and another woman. Police allege the stolen vehicle had been abandoned behind a residential property and the suspects then broke into the home where they were located.
Charged are 20-year-old Zena Daniels, 23-year-old Alyssa Bear, 25-year-old Jayden Sutherland and 32-year-old Paul Ermine.
Prince Albert RCMP continue work to located Toby Daniels and ask members of the public to report sightings and information on his whereabouts.
Toby Daniels (pictured) is described as 5’7″ tall, 130 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair.
