This year, CFUW (Canadian Federation of University Women) is awarding $57,500 in scholarships and bursaries.

CFUW past president Gerlinde Sarkar stopped by the studio to talk about the federation, their mission, and a handful of upcoming events they are hosting. This includes an awards ceremony October 6th at WA Edwards Family Centre, and their annual book sale on October 8th & 9th at the Western Development Museum.
