A Saskatoon man was surprisingly unharmed after his vehicle window was shot with pellet gun during an attempted armed robbery Sunday night.
At 9:10 p.m., police were called to a report of an attempted armed robbery. A 52-year-old man says he was inside his vehicle in the 400 block of Fairmont Drive when an unknown man approached, threatened him with a firearm, and demanded his vehicle.
He then shot at the rear window of the vehicle, shattering it, before fleeing on a bicycle.
The suspect is described as being 5’10” in height with short dark hair and was wearing dark clothing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the SPS or Crime Stoppers.
